Michiel Cornelis Hubertus Sindorff born Duchy Limburg, the Netherlands (Europe), Venlo 20 February 1849, deceased Venlo 18 January 1919 being the sixth child of his father Willem Antoon Hubert SINDORFF (1811-1889) and his mother Maria Lucia SAX. Siblings were his older sister Angelina Maria Hubertina Sindorff (1840-1840), his older brothers Karel Antoon Hubert Sindorff (1841-1896), Frans Peter Hubert Sindorff (1843-1905), Jan Caspar Hubert Sindorff (1845-1923) and Peter Godfried Hubertus Sindorff (1847-1922) and younger sisters Catharina Maria Hubertina Sindorff (1850-1851) and Elisabeth Hubertina Maria Sindorff (1851-1933).
At the age
of 15 Michiel worked at P.J Berger, later called the Bank and Trade Union.
Michel was a loyal and joyful bookkeeper of a Bank, office writer and received by Royal Decree of 31 March 1914, (NL-haNa, LNH/cabinet 1905-1922; access, 2.11.36.01, inv.nr. Cabinet 50; 70), as chef of the general bookkeeping at the bank and the trade association a silver Medal of Honor in the Order of Nassau at the pleasure of Her Majesty the Queen Wilhelmina for 50 years of work wherein granted an unlimited trust for all the efforts achieved.
Michel was unmarried and had no children.
