The community can decide to create a fund for and of the community members, their plans or ideas, their repairs or business, food or shelter, unexpected medical bill, a night out, or a family gathering, to play a game, a quiz or for a Sinterklaas gift for the kids under age of 12.. , with sanity ofcourse. It will never fully cover the bill, but can be thought trough.
